Storage: Store rooibos tea in an air-tight container in a cool, dark, dry place (typically a cupboard or pantry).
Shelf Life: Stored properly, rooibos will maintain its flavor for at least a year.

Rooibos tea is naturally sweet enough to drink without added milk or sugar, but many people add lemon, sugar or honey to suit their individual tastes. Concentrated rooibos tea can be used similarly to just-brewed espresso coffee in traditional lattes, mochas, etc as a caffeine free coffee substitute.
We recommend steeping rooibos in very hot, but not boiling water (around 200˚F or 95˚C) for ten minutes to release its best flavor.
