
Store unopened heirloom tomatoes in a cool, dark place until you’re ready to use them. Refrigerate any unused portions after opening.

Use these heirloom tomatoes as you would other whole canned tomatoes to upgrade the flavor in your favorite dishes. Try them in soups, sauces, braised dishes, stews, etc.
Alternatively, just toss them with cooked pasta and a fine extra virgin olive oil, then top them with Parmigiano Reggiano & serve. Incredibly simple, but incredibly delicious.
