Micro Purple Kohlrabi (aka German Turnip Greens) is a microgreen displaying green leaves at the top of purple stalks with a taste similar to cabbage or turnip-greens.
Storage: Purple kolhrabi microgreens should be kept in their plastic clamshell in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
Shelf Life: Generally between 5-7 days.
Use as a garnish or micro-salad green. Kohlrabi pairs particularly well with Chinese and Indian flavors.
