Mizuna (aka Japanese Mustard, feuille de moutarde) is a mild-peppery green with a flavor similar to a weaker form of Micro-Tatsuoi. Mizuna microgreens are a more tender young version of the plant.
Applications: Use micro-mizuna as garnish (particularly for meat or raw fish dishes like sashimi or crudo). It can also be used as a milder substitute for micro-tatsuoi or micro-arugala in micro salads.
How to Store and Share: Mizuna microgreens should be kept in their plastic clamshell in the fridge until you are ready to use them. They should last for about 5-7 days.
