Chervil is an essential herb in the French culinary tradition, providing a subtle yet complex flavor similar to a blend of anise/licorice and parsley.  Micro chervil is the microgreen/microherb form and is more delicate with a purer, cleaner version of chervil’s flavor.

Storage: Store micro chervil in your refrigerator in its plastic clamshell.

Shelf Life: In general, microgreens will stay fresh for 5-7 days.  Some hardier varieties can last longer.

Micro chervil is an excellent garnish for roasted vegetable dishes, potatoes, egg dishes, salads and cream soups.  Besides being shaped into the traditional microgreen pile, it can also be used to make compound butters (how to make compound butter).
