Micro Bachelor’s Button Florets™ are tiny florets with delicate petals and a very mild, slightly grassy flavor. Because they are one of the more tender and mild-flavored edible flower varieties, they’re extremely adaptable and can be used as a decoration or edible garnish for a wide variety of dishes, cakes, etc.
These flowers tend to be roughly ¾” long and ¼”-1/2” wide (rough estimate). They will float in liquids, and are absolutely stunning in cocktails.
