Micro Bachelor’s Buttons™ are tiny florets with delicate petals and a very mild, slightly grassy flavor. Because they are one of the more tender and mild-flavored edible flower varieties, they’re extremely adaptable and can be used as a decoration or edible garnish for a wide variety of dishes, cakes, etc.

These flowers tend to be roughly ¾” long and ¼”-1/2” wide (rough estimate). They will float in liquids, and are absolutely stunning in cocktails.

Storage: Store Micro Bachelor’s Buttons™ in their plastic clamshells in your refrigerator.

Shelf Life: 8-10 days.

Micro Bachelor’s Buttons™ have a mild flavor that makes them an excellent choice for garnishing all manner of foods. Because they are so delicate, they’re probably best used as a topping, garnish or finishing touch rather than being mixed in to dishes.
