From the pastoral orange groves of an Italian estate in Sicily comes this delicately flavored orange honey. Gathered from bees who live in hives amongst the orange trees, its smooth taste enhances flavor without overpowering food.

This raw honey is completely natural, and has been separated from its honey comb via cold centrifugation. After being allowed to settle in stainless steel containers for a week or two it is jarred without the use of any heat preservation treatments.

Store Sicilian orange honey in a cool, dry cupboard.  If crystals form, they can be dissolved by gently heating the honey on the stove.

Use Merlano orange honey as you would other honey. It’s delicious on toast, used in desserts, or added to a cheese plate to balance strong or spicy cheeses.
