Gathered from hives in the midst of a beautiful Sicilian lemon grove, this Italian lemon honey possesses a slight fresh lemon bite in addition to its mild sweetness. It enhances food without overpowering other ingredients.

A completely natural raw honey, it has been separated from its comb via cold centrifugation. After being allowed to settle in stainless steel containers for a week or two it is jarred without the use of any heat preservation treatments.

Store Sicilian lemon honey in a cool, dry cupboard.  If crystals form, they can be dissolved by gently heating the honey on the stove.

Use Merlano lemon honey as you would other honey. It’s delicious on toast, used in desserts, or added to a cheese plate to balance strong or spicy cheeses.
