This ravioli has the classic combination of rich creamy ricotta, milky mozzarella, imported Parmigiano and pecorino is enhanced by the background flavor of freshly grated nutmeg. This jumbo round ravioli is surrounded by brightly colored marbled pasta. The vivid colors of bright green, crimson rose and pure flour white make for a dramatic plate presentation. In a large saucepan or stockpot bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Stir immediately to avoid pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot (which causes breakage.)
