Store organic camelina seeds in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place.
Use this seed for roasting, or added raw to salads or baking mixes. When Camelina seed is ground and left in water (at a ratio of 80% to 20%) overnight, it will form a gel that can be used as a binder in baking.

According to the farmer, these seeds are viable and will grow, but because they have been handled and packaged for consumption rather than planting we can’t guarantee it. In addition, we are unable to provide growing tips, information about yields, etc.
