Kobe Beef Kebabs (aka Kobe beef kabobs) are a simple, but luxurious item to have at your next big event! Chunks of high-quality Kobe beef come pre-attached to short wooden skewers (each kebab with meat weighs about 1.5oz). All you need to do is thaw them, add a little salt, seasoning or a marinade, and cook them. Instant platter of appetizers! Of course, you can also serve them as part of an entrée as well.
This Kobe beef is from domestic Waygu (meaning “Beef of Japan”) cattle that are descendents from Japanese herds and raised in the United States. Their intricately marbled beef is legendary and the result of careful breeding and a highly regimented diet. That marbling creates beef that is the most tender, juicy, and flavorful available.
Our Kobe Beef is raised without added hormones or antibiotics.

Applications: Kobe Beef skewers are perfect for appetizers and easy party foods. Their bite-sized beef cubes cook very quickly on the grill or under the broiler. Seasoning salts allow you to add a lot of flavor with very little effort, or you might consider using some of our dried chili peppers to make a spicy marinade as we did in this recipe for bison kebabs (the marinade should work just fine for Kobe).
