12.7oz Bottles

Handcrafted in Small Batches
All Natural*

Brooklyn, NY

Looking for more exciting soda pop?  Make fresh hibiscus soda using this syrup and seltzer water or club soda.  Hibiscus is a special variety of flower with a fruity, tart flavor often used to make beverages in South America.

This syrup is handmade in Brooklyn using real, whole, all natural ingredients.  No flavors, extracts or colors are added.  Besides being used to make soda, it can also be used as an ingredient in cocktails and other beverages.

This hibiscus soda syrup was the winner of a 2012 Good Food Award.

Ingredients:  Water, organic cane sugar, agave, organic hibiscus flowers, lime, ginger, spices, citric acid.

* No Chemical Ingredients

Storage: Store unopened hibiscus soda syrup in a cool, dark place.  Refrigerate after opening.

Because it contains no artificial stabilizers, this syrup may separate while in storage.  This is normal.  Simply shake to recombine.

Shelf Life: Six months unopened, two weeks or longer after opening.

Shake well before using.

To Make Hibiscus Soda:
Fill a 12oz glass with ice.  Add 1 oz (two tablespoons) of soda syrup.  Fill the rest of the glass with seltzer water/club soda.  Stir & enjoy!

Other Recipe Ideas:
Hibiscus soda syrup can also be used (to taste) as an ingredient in beverages & cocktails.  Try using it in margaritas!  Drink ingredients to consider pairing with hibiscus syrup include apricots, ginger, lemon or lime, honey, peach and vanilla.
