This ground Kobe beef is from domestic Waygu (meaning "Beef of Japan") cattle that are descendents from Japanese herds and raised in the United States. Their intricately marbled beef is legendary and the result of careful breeding and a highly regimented diet. That marbling creates beef that is the most tender, juicy, and flavorful available.
While this ground Wagyu chuck is perfect for non-burger applications or making burgers of a specific size, we also offer convenient pre-formed Kobe burgers and Kobe beef sliders, ready to thaw and cook.
This ground Kobe chuck comes frozen and separated into two bags within the box, allowing you to only thaw half of your order at once if you wish. This also means that this purchase can be conveniently split.
