Green Chile Salt is a slightly spicy seasoning salt created by blending green chilies with Atlantic sea salt for use in Southwestern or Mexican dishes. Though it is perhaps not as spicy as Habanero Salt, it still packs a punch. This is the most finely grained of the flavored salts. Contains no preservatives or anti-caking agents.
Applications: Try using green chile sea salt to season meat, seafood, and other dishes you want to add Southwestern flavor to. You can even use it to top chocolate desserts.
