Granulated lime peel is simply lime peel that has been dried and ground into small pieces (granules). It can be used to bring citrus flavor to spice rubs, marinades, vinaigrettes & other recipes.

Storage: Store dried lime peel in an air-tight container in a cool, dark, dry place.

Shelf Life: A year or longer.

Use granulated lime peel in marinades, spice rubs, vinaigrettes, salsas, fish recipes, etc. For many applications it can be added directly to dishes as part of the cooking/preparing process.

Try pairing lime peel with flavors like tomatoes, onions, seafood, chile peppers, avocados, mint, tropical fruit and/or chicken.
