Use granulated lime peel in marinades, spice rubs, vinaigrettes, salsas, fish recipes, etc. For many applications it can be added directly to dishes as part of the cooking/preparing process.
Try pairing lime peel with flavors like tomatoes, onions, seafood, chile peppers, avocados, mint, tropical fruit and/or chicken.
