Storage: Store dried lemon peel in an air-tight container in a cool, dark, dry place.
Shelf Life: A year or longer.

Use granulated lemon peel in sauces, soups, stews, desserts or add it to meat, seafood, or poultry dishes. Besides being added directly to foods, it can also be steeped in liquids (cream for desserts, teas, mulled beverages, etc) either by using teabag/tea infuser or added to the liquid & then strained out.
Pair it with flavors like seafood, garlic, lamb, honey, cheese, berries, honey, beef, capers, and/or chicken.
Granulated lemon peel can also be ground with salt or sugar in a spice grinder or clean coffee grinder to give them lemon aroma and flavor.
