1 lb - Kobe Beef 1/2 pound Burgers

Store these burger patties in your freezer until you're ready to cool them, then thaw as many packages as you need.

Thawing Tips

As always, be careful not to overcook burgers.  Top them with your favorite fixins. These patties can also be broken apart for use in ground meat recipes.
