Gold Haricot Shoots™ are long, slender white stems topped with large golden leaves. Extremely tender, they have a fresh-tasting, green bean flavor that is adaptable enough for them to be used as a garnish for almost any savory dish.
Storage: Store haricot shoots in your refrigerator in their plastic clamshell. Note: Extended periods of light exposure can change these shoots’ color from gold to green.
