King bolete mushrooms are also one of the few wild varieties that are safe to eat raw.
Freezing wild porcini mushrooms preserves their flavor and texture far better than drying, allowing you to enjoy this wild delicacy year round at near fresh quality.

Store frozen mushrooms in your freezer until you're ready to use them.
