Growing up to three inches long and less than a half inch wide, Thai chilies (aka bird’s eye chilies) are small in stature, but pack powerful heat. We offer both the immature green variety and fully ripened red variety of these chilies.

We also offer dried Thai chilies.

Storage: Store fresh Thai chilies in the refrigerator unwrapped. They can be frozen for long term storage, but will not be as crisp when thawed.

Shelf Life: Up to 2 weeks fresh.

Thai chilies can be used to bring potent spice to any dish, but are particularly at home sliced & added to noodles, stir fries or soups. Their flavor pairs well with coconut milk, chicken, seafood, ginger, galangal roots, Thai basil and lemongrass.
