Store this blend in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place.

The fregola, quinoa & wild rice blend can be used as a side dish for almost any meal, but pairs particularly well with poultry, pork, or grilled mushrooms.
Basic Cooking Instructions:
Rinse the blend before cooking.
Put the blend in a pot along with a pinch of salt and water at a ratio of 1 ½ cups water per cup of blend.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes (until all liquid is absorbed & the fregola is tender). Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit (covered) for ten minutes. Serve.
