Organic Evaporated Cane Juice

Similar to other unrefined sugars like turbinado sugar and Demerara sugar, evaporated cane juice is closer to white sugar than brown. These small granules are off-white in color and sweet with some molasses flavor.

This evaporated cane juice is a certified organic sugar. Because it is barely processed, it retains more minerals and vitamins than conventional processed sugar.
