Size:

Eight 1.75lb sausages (Approx. 14lbs total).

Features: Fully Cooked, Individually Vacuum Packed, Frozen
Origin: Fabrique Delices, California
Ingredients: See bottom of page.

This puff-pastry wrapped garlic sausage is a hearty party hors d'oeuvre or wedding appetizer.

Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.

Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, nonfat dry milk, roasted garlic, sugar, pepper, spices, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrite. Collagen casing. Dough: enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley, flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate riboflavin, folid acid), butter, water, sugar, salt.

Storage: Store these sausages in your freezer until you're ready to serve them. Uneaten thawed sausages should be stored in your refrigerator.

Thawing Tips

Shelf Life: Up to 36 weeks frozen, 10-14 days thawed.

En croute sausage should be sliced with a sharp knife and served as an hors d’oeuvre or appetizer. Because each slice will include some of the all-butter puff pastry, crackers or toast may not be necessary.

Traditional accompaniments that help cut the richness of sausage while accentuating its flavor include cornichons or gherkins, olives, and coarsely ground French mustards.
