These small pearls have been hand-scooped from their respective vegetables and allow you to bring interesting shapes to your plate.
Larger “parisienne” pearls are also available in a variety of colors & flavors cut from carrots, zucchini, beets, potatoes, jicama, turnips and rutabagas.
Store vegetable pearls in your refrigerator until you’re ready to use them.
RECIPES & TIPS
Vegetable pearls can be prepared as you would cook other pieces of their respective vegetables. However, to cook them while protecting their shape we recommend steaming or roasting.
Pearls cut from vegetables that are commonly served raw (radishes, carrots, etc), can also be served raw.
