Camelina Seed oil (aka Gold of Pleasure oil, faux flax oil, and wild flax oil) comes from an ancient crop that we now call Camelina sativa. Camelina oil has a delicious nutty flavor and a delightful floral aroma. It is packed with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and powerful antioxidants. It has a longer shelf life than flax oil and is purer than fish oil (which can contain mercury.)
