Lime Salt

Sea salt and lime come together in this simple but effective seasoning salt. The coarse grains of this flavored salt taste salty with tangy lime flavor. Contains no preservatives or anti-caking agents.

Note: Because this salt contains some moisture from lime juice and no anti-caking agents, it may naturally clump. If the coarse grains bunch together, don't worry.  They can be easily broken apart again and used by shaking the container and/or giving it a few firm bangs on a counter.

Applications: Use lime seasoning salt to add fresh citrus flavor to meat, fish, meat or salads, as an ingredient in marinades, or to rim cocktail glasses. If desired, this salt can also be ground to a finer consistency using a salt mill or grinder.

How to Store and Share: Kept in a cool, dry place, lime fresco salt will last for several years.
