Looking like a flowery version of flame, Firestix™ are small brightly colored edible amaranth blossoms that range in color from yellow to purplish red. Red or mixed Firestix™ on the long stalk and separated mixed Firestix™ top feather-sections are available.
While Firestix™ are safe to eat, their texture is woody, so they are best used as a decoration rather than an edible garnish.
