Coppa (aka capicola) is a pork shoulder that has been stuffed into a casing and dry-cured. These coppa have been seasoned with sea salt and garlic, dry cured and hand-tied.
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Storage: Store coppa in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, but this may effect their texture.
Shelf Life: Up to 24 weeks for unopened packs, 10-14 days opened, up to 36 weeks frozen.
Slice coppa thin for sandwiches and antipasto dishes. You can also use it to top pizza.
