In addition to Merlano orange honey and lemon honey, the same Italian estate in Sicily also produces this blood orange marmalade from a blend of tarocco and sanguinello sicilian blood oranges. To keep the recipe as pure, simple, and flavorful as possible, they sweeten it with their own natural acacia honey rather than sugar.
This marmalade is completely free of food colorings, preservatives, aromas, gelatin, or non-honey sweeteners. Because each batch of this marmalade is made by hand, there may be variations in color from batch to batch, but the flavor and texture will always be superb.
When in season, we also sell fresh blood oranges in bulk.

Storage: Store unopened blood orange marmalade in a cool dark cupboard. Once opened, it should be stored in your refrigerator.
Shelf Life: Up to 12 months unopened.
Use as you would conventional marmalade on toast served with tea, coffee, or brandy. Also delicious on vanilla ice cream!
