This Italian truffle cheese is a semi-soft variety made with Italian black summer truffles.  Known locally in Bologna as “Caseificio,” it has a tender texture and a naturally smooth truffle flavor. 

This cheese blends with other flavors in food better than varieties that include over-strong artificial truffle flavorings.

Storage: Store black truffle cheese in your refrigerator.

Shelf Life:
Up to six months.
