Austrian Crescent heirloom potatoes have light yellow skin, yellow flesh and a firm texture. They are an heirloom fingerling potato variety, so their shape is longer and thinner than other heirloom potatoes. All our heirloom potato varieties are sustainably dry-grown on a small family farm then hand sorted, washed, and packed. Applications: Austrian Crescent potatoes are fantastic when rubbed with olive oil & salt, then roasted. They can also be steamed or sliced thin & sauteed. How to Store and Share: Store heirloom potatoes in a paper bag or box in a cool, dry place.
